Theresa

Theresa Rodgers is a mother, veteran, program director, 2A Ambassador, firearms instructor, and competitive markswoman. She maintains certifications as a US Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) Certified Instructor, National Rifle Association (NRA) Certified Instructor, NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, A Girl & A Gun Women's Shooting League (AG & AG) Safety Officer, and an Image Based Decisions Drills Instructor.

Theresa's interest in firearms began in high school through the Watertown, NY 4-H Program, and then continued while in the US Army where she proudly served as a Sergeant across the world.

Theresa's passions are working with women, children, and individuals with limited mobility. She believes that everyone should be properly educated and trained in how to protect themselves and their loved ones.

When Theresa is not training or instructing on the range, she serves as a Senior Director at a management and social sciences consulting firm dedicated to advancing social programs and fostering positive social change across the world. She holds a Master's in Project Management from Boston University, as well as the nationally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

In her free time, Theresa enjoys traveling and vacationing with her children, spending quality time with her family, cuddling with her dog Kasey, and connecting with close friends. She is passionate about firearms education and enjoys training, competing, and attending shooting events with her fellow shooting sisters. Theresa also enjoys reading, painting, and creating content for TacticalTheresa, Ladies & Lead Firearms Training and Brave & Ready.
